End User License Agreement (EULA)

Hereafter, “Software” refers to the SocialEngine application distributed with this AMI not including the other open source software, “Licensor” refers to iPragmatech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., “Owner” refers to Webligo Developments, LLC, “License” refers to this document, and “Licensee” refers to the party that is using this AMI.

This License governs the use of the accompanying Software, and your purchase and use of the Software constitutes your acceptance of this License and all of its contents and stipulations.

This software is trial software being distributed by the licensor with the permission of the owner. The license expires in 30 days beyond which the software must be purchased from the owner for use by any individual or party. The trial is fully functional and includes all of the plugins currently offered by the Owner, but the PHP source code is encrypted.

This license grants the Licensee no other rights other than using the Software installed on this AMI to serve multiple users for 30 days. Redistribution of the Software or the AMI, Modifications to the source code of the Software, Copying the files constituting the Software to any other location is fully prohibited.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The software and documentation and third-party software are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Licensor makes no warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise with respect to the software and documentation including their condition, conformity to any representation or description, and licensor specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Licensor be liable to licensee for indirect, incidental, special or other consequential damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits or use, incurred by either party or any third party, arising out of or related to this agreement whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if the other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitations will apply notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy herein. The parties agree that the foregoing limitations represent a reasonable allocation of risk under this agreement.
